  • What is the cost of the High Altitude Leadership Lab program?
    Each cohort program cost $2500 and includes all course materials and resources.
  • Does the program qualify for tuition reimbursement from my company?
    We are happy to work with your organization if tuition reimbursement is an option. However, some of our participants utilize their company's continuing education budget to (help) pay for the program. Please use the link below if you need a Convince My Boss letter template.
  • What support is provided outside of the scheduled sessions?
    You will have the opportunity to partake in 1:1 coaching with a certified coach during your 12 week program. The Management Masters Academy faculty are always available to answer any questions that come up during the program. Additionally, you also have the option to schedule additional coaching sessions either during your cohort or after your cohort program ends. We will also provide you resources and tools to enhance your experience during and after the program.
  • Are the coaching sessions one-on-one or group sessions?
    The bi-weekly cohort sessions will be group sessions. During the course of the program you will have the opportunity to receive 1:1 coaching from a certified coach.
  • How long does the program last?
    The Management Masters Academy leadership development programs are 12 weeks. The virtual sessions take place bi-weekly for the duration of the program. Each participant will have the ability to get a 1:1 coaching session during the 12 week program as well.
  • What topics are covered in the High Altitude Leadership Lab program?

  • How are the programs formed? Are they based on industry, level of experience, or other criteria?
    The cohorts will be formed based on the program you registered to attend. This is most likely going to result in a mixed group of participants with different titles, industries and backgrounds. The diversity of the group aids in the learning experience of all participants.
  • What can I expect from the coaching aspect of the program?
    Leadership coaching offers a personalized and transformative experience aimed at enhancing your professional growth, performance, and effectiveness.
  • What is the structure of the program? Are there specific modules or sessions?
    During a quarterly leadership development cohort, there will be bi-weekly training/coaching sessions that will run over the course of 12 weeks. Each bi-weekly session will cover a different leadership competency topic. Participants will have pre-work prior to each bi-weekly session and then homework to put what they just learned in to practice on the job. During the course of the 12 weeks, participants will also have an opportunity to have a 1:1 coaching session with a certified coach to further develop key leadership competencies. The program will conclude with options to continue the learning experience post-cohort.
  • Is there a certificate or recognition for completing the program?
    Upon completion of the program you will receive a certificate of completion along with a social media badge to display on your chosen social media platform. Additionally, you will receive resources and tools to help you continue on your leadership journey.
  • Can I continue the coaching relationship after the program ends?
    Absolutely! You have the ability to continue 1:1 coaching with a certified coach after the program ends.
